Marina Marcolin

Marina Marcolin was born in Vicenza in 1975. She works as a professional illustrator for Italian and foreign publishing houses. The books she illustrated were published in Italy, France, Germany, Switzerland, Spain, Portugal, Holland, Greece, Taiwan, Korea and Ireland. His illustrations have been exhibited at the Bologna Children’s Book Fair, at the Itabashi Art Museum and at the Italian Cultural Institute in Tokyo, at the Auditorium of Music in Athens, at the Palazzo delle Esposizioni in Rome, at the Diocesan Museum of Padua and at the Casa dei Carraresi in Treviso. He has received prizes and awards in national and international competitions including the “State Award” as the best foreign illustrator in Greece in 2006 and the “Emanuele Luzzati” Award in 2009. He lives and works in Arcugnano, between a lake and the forest.
