Author’s notes on the project:
“In my history as an illustrator I have always worked with images for newspapers and magazines, made covers, designed posters for films and film festivals, painted pictures and taught… but I consider this to be my first, true illustrated book. And I am happy that this “debut” is accompanied by friends. The friends I know and the ones I’ve never had the good fortune to meet. With the work of Gaber and Luporini I grew up there. I owe a lot to them. I learned how to time the world. And then I asked myself (a bit scared) what I could do … then I thought it would be better to “throw something in and go away”.
